State Amphibians
|
Amphibians are cold-blooded vertebrates and have no scales. This group of animals includes toads, frogs and salamanders.
They spend part of their lives in water and on land.

Several American states have selected state amphibians and two states have chosen both a frog and a salamander.
Here's a visual guide to them, with many thanks to the wonderful contributors who have allowed us to use their images.
