The American is perhaps the most easily recognized songbird in North America. While much of Canada and the US struggles through winter, it's reassuring that in the weeks to come the robins will be returning - one of the signs that spring is on its way. In the meantime, those on the west coast can enjoy this red-breasted beauty during the winter months.
